Dee Wallace is a former ballet soloist, who first broke into both TV and cinema screens in the mid 1970s making several well remembered appearances in horror and sci-fi films which earned her the title of “scream queen”.

Dee’s career included being chased by cannibal killers in The Hills Have Eyes (1977), terrorised by a pack of werewolves in the superb The Howling (1981), before her big break as Elliot’s Mom in Steven Spielberg’s E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982).
